Claudette Flatow’s cafe and provisions store, Cuisine by Claudette has been a staple of the Rockaway community since they opened in 2012. Refocusing their vision in 2024, a new location of Claudette’s opened as a casual eatery inspired by the foundational food experiences at the family’s Shabbat table. A new creative direction and brand identity incorporates family history, the joy of breaking bread together, and Moroccan motifs.
